No one can tell you if you should do it, Mike. You have to make your own decision and then whatever comes from that decision learn from it. I’d be inclined to recommend you go for it as it is probably an opportunity and experience you shouldn’t let pass you by. However, if you have a family you’re supporting, stick with the two jobs. If it’s just you, go for it. Live life to its fullest. Make mistakes and become a success!
Do you think Y!A users should be given a violation for answering a SPAMMER’s ‘question’?
I just recieved a violation (my first ever!) because I responded ‘I don’t want your money’ to a SPAMMER who posted a ‘question': ‘Why do you answer these questions for free when you can get paid…’ and proceeded to advertise their website. Why on earth did I get a violation because someone else decided to break the rules?

Because there are a bunch of people on here who abuse the abuse system, knowing full well it is automatic and no person actually reads the report bef ore the violation email goes out.
It is specious, but Y!A seems content to float along with it as it stands

I agree with Petunia. But, if he/she put you on abuse report, then report him/her back. You can do it. ‘Abuse report’ is meant to be for both asker and answer.
Someone please answer, question about getting my laptop screen fixed? D:?
Soo I got this laptop for my birthday was just in JULY, and I’ve noticed weird dark spots around the border of the screen and I have the warranty and all that but I’m wondering if anyone knows how long it’ll take to be fixed? When this was purchased at Best Buy (I was told) it got 6 months of free service with the geek squad, so I’m kind of hoping I get lucky and someone that works there will happen to be on yahoo answers…XD
I’m really pissed about having this issue so soon after I got it, you have no effing idea, but thank you if you can answer my question.

Take it back to Best Buy! You’ve got plenty of time left – I’ve only ever had great service from the Geek Squad but until they get their hands on your laptop and look at it – they (or anyone here) will not be able to tell you how long it might be away fo!r

the geek squads sucks for servicing laptops had mine in there stores four times for the same effin problem before they got it right it will probably take them a month they are extremely effin slow.

If the lap top was purchased new it has a one year factory warranty, would suggest contacting the factory customer service to arrange the repair and sending or taking in to a authorized service center and not to the Best Buy Geek Squad. If you did not drop or accidentally damage the screen it will or should be covered by the factory one year warranty. The one year factory warranty covers parts and labor.
